Live on Purpose
work that helps you return to a life that feels genuinely, honestly like your own.
About
About Alison
Alison works with people who have built lives that function well on the outside, while something inside no longer feels fully aligned.
Over time, there is often a growing awareness that the shape of life no longer reflects what feels true or sustainable, even if nothing externally has fallen apart.
Her work draws on depth-oriented understanding and more than a decade of supporting people through internal shifts in how they understand themselves and how they live.
The focus is clarity — seeing what is actually happening, and what it is asking for in a lived, practical way.
She uses a structured framework called the Purpose Octagon, which explores eight dimensions of lived experience. It offers a way of noticing where life feels coherent, and where it does not, and understanding why that matters.
The Purpose Octagon is a lens for understanding what a life lived on purpose looks like as it is actually being lived.
Work With Me
The Work
One-on-one work for people ready to look honestly at what is no longer working — and begin living from what is true.
Depth Coaching
For people navigating an internal shift — not necessarily a crisis, but a growing sense that the way they have been living no longer fits. We work with what is present, not what you think should be there.
Book a Session→Purpose Guiding
A structured process using the Octagon framework to help you understand what is emerging internally — and how to begin living on purpose, in the life you already have.

Eight Dimensions of a Life
A life lived on purpose is not a single answer. It lives across multiple dimensions — how you work, relate, create, rest, and show up in the world.
The Octagon is a framework for reading those dimensions honestly. Not to optimize them, but to understand where your life feels like yours and where it does not. That clarity is where real change begins.
"Not a plan. A way of learning to live on purpose — from the inside out."
Who This Is For
Is This for You?
You have done the work. You have built the career, the stability, the life that made sense. But something has shifted — and the things that used to feel like enough no longer do.
You are not in crisis. You are functional, capable, and by most measures doing well. But there is a growing gap between how your life looks and how it feels from the inside.
You are not looking for motivation or a new strategy. You are looking for a more honest way of living — what it means, for you, to live on purpose in the life you have.
